1 pound bacon, cut into 1 inch strips
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
1 (16 ounce) can sour cream
1 (3.5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped halved green olives
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 9 inch pie pans.
Place bacon strips in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease and crumble strips. Reserve 1 tablespoon grease.
In a large bowl, combine bacon, egg, salt, margarine, pudding mix and cream cheese. Mix well and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, pudding mix, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Fold mixture into bacon, egg mixture and bacon mixture. Roll 3 strips of bacon into 1 inch pieces. Place 1 teaspoon mixture on each pie crust.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold mixture into cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
In a microwave bowl, combine egg mixture, bacon, green olives, green onions and pecans. Roll in egg mixture, whipping until stiff. Spread over pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
