1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
6 creamers
8 1/2 cups heavy cream
12 vanilla wafers, broken into pieces
Make the sugar and milk: In a saucepan stir together the sugar, milk, eggs, creamers, and 1/2 cup whipped cream. Remove from heat, stir gently.
Remove the wafers from the freezer bowl, and cut into 3 pieces.
Spread about 1/2 cup of the whipped cream mixture over each cookie, to form a triangle. Drop the remaining 1/2 cup whipped cream mixture over the top of each triangle. Place ice cream onto four cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated microwave oven, or until set. Allow to cool completely and store in plastic wrap.
