6 (4 ounce) cans cherries - drained
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 2/3 fluid ounces orange flavored rum
1 3/4 cups orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 ounces lemon juice concentrate
3 fluid ounces apple juice concentrate
In a large pot, heat cherries over medium heat. Slowly add orange juice concentrate, ginger and lemon juice while stirring frequently. When almost boiling, reduce heat to low. Allow peach syrup and lemon juice to form lower in each pour into a large pot and scatter with cherries, hops, tops and bottoms of whole oranges. Stir gently.
Add the orange peel, orange zest, orange zest, orange juice concentrate and lemon juice concentrate. Stir gently 4 minutes; pour into bubbly containers.
