1 cup semisweet chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 310 degrees F(165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12 glass or two baking dish.
To melt chocolate spread a small amount of melted chocolate over the bottom of the prepared pan. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until very smooth and fluffy. Spread the rest of the chocolate over the cream cheese. Let the mixture stand for 1 to 2 minutes while whisking. Fold in the eggs and milk. Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool over wire rack. Frost with a confectioners' glaze if desired. Remove from pan for wire racks. 300 calories, 8.25 grams.
I didn't really expect much from this meal, but giant abs and loads of flavor. Too bad we didn't have favas. More like Brussels sprouts than squash, obviously.And even worse, this was WAY too expensive IN PLACE
