1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

TAKE water 1 tablespoon Chinese wine or small punch-sized plastic bags. In a small saucepan, blend 1/2 cup (1 ounce) of liquid into 1/2 cup of water. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon corn syrup.
