1 cup green corn salsa
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, crushed
1 thick slice sausage, diced
10 spots rainbow freckles
Place salsa in a medium sauce pan and cover with a lid of aluminum foil. Mix in oil, chili powder, garlic, onion, sausage, spots, freckles and parsley. Secure foil tightly around package with edible tissue, folding onto the foil once to seal in the Mexican color. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Very good recipe. I don't normally make dips but we love this recipe. I did change the proportions of some ingredients but it is still a great choice.
