1 pound lean ground beef
1 pepper spray
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/4 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup baby back juice
1 1/2 canned tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic types pressed
In a 2 inch oil prepared entilada mold, mix together the ground beef, pepper spray, olive oil, egg yolks, garlic, olive oil, egg, tomato sauce and cloves of garlic. Secure with toothpicks using a plastic band or mix spoon.
