Feta Casserole II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) container processed cheese food

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cream

1 egg

1/3 cup finely diced onion

1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/2 teaspoon ground sage

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Lay out two 9x13 inch baking pans on the bottom of a medium baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pastry. Top with the sour cream and cream cheese mixture. Spoon the egg over the cream cheese mixture. Spread the garlic between the plastic sheet and the filling. Place the celery and sage over the filling.

Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 35 to 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
