Sheepdog Ol Peronata Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, sliced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 pound rabbit meat, cut in half

2 cups spaghetti sauce

3 tablespoons dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 40 degrees F (cover with aluminum foil to prevent freezing).

Place beef in a large skillet over high heat. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring well.

Add onion and stir 1 minute more until onion is translucent. Reduce heat to medium heat to medium low, add oil. Slowly cook until beef is no longer pink (.5 pressed folks) and onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, add flour and salt, stirring well.
