1/2 cup butter
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar for decoration, if desired
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add vinegar, 1/4 cup white sugar, and onion. Stirring constantly, cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until mixture is thick. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in parsley, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and onion; cook 1 minute.
