1 pound potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup vodka
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated cake mix
1 quart lemon juice
1 lemon, juiced
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes, then stir in the tarragon, dill and onion powder; cover and simmer for about 1 minute.
Stir in the olive oil, onion powder, oregano, lemon juice, lemon juice and lemon zest. Bring mixture to a slow boil and stir into the potatoes, stirring until the potatoes are heated through. Serve immediately.
