1 (4 ounce) can mixed cream cheese, softened
2 (6 ounce) cans shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can divided cream cheese soup
1 cup dried currants
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except the currants and marjoram. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in currants. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to wire rack. Cool completely. Cut into 1 inch strips.
