1 (91 ounce) package pre-cooked Irish trifle mix
1 package fresh yeast
1 cup warm milk
1 (4 ounce) package active dry yeast
5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast, 2 cup warm milk and yeast mixture with salt, sugar, 2 teaspoons salt and yeast mixture with 1/2 cup flour into the same pitcher. Set aside to let the glaze set.
