1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 cups apple pie filling
1 cup applesauce
2 cups golden raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, vinegar and brown sugar until well blended. Stir in apple pie filling and applesauce. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Store remaining mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Arrange apple pies one inch apart on a large serving platter. Spread remaining pudding mixture over pie. Set aside for garnish.
Line a large pie pan with foil and an oversize egg white. Place apple slices over the foil, placing just inches apart. Garnish with remaining pudding mixture.
