Smooth Roast Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (4 pound) chicken thigh, cut into 3 cubes

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

Directions

Squeeze juice from lemonade into a small bowl, and sprinkle in butter, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, oil, garlic and onion.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken cubes in oven to cook quickly. Season with lemonade, and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Check occasionally to make sure it is hot enough. Turn chicken every 25 minutes to prevent excessive browning. Cook until tender. Pass thigh through thick bottom of shallow baking dish. Brush with egg white.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Brush chicken with lemonade mixture, turning once. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool. Serve immediately.
