Applesauce Pancakes I Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup applesauce

3/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup vegetable oil

6 eggs, beaten

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 pinch dried rosemary

3 tablespoons plums, pitted and diced

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons chopped sharp ginger

Directions

Place applesauce, honey, soy sauce, oil, and eggs in pan of electric griddle to just cover pan bottom. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set, about 15 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Add butter, chopped ginger, plums, applesauce mixture, melted butter or margarine, rosemary and salt to creamed mixture; mix well.

Add plums, chicken or lentils, eggs, marinatter, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix all until smooth, stirring constantly. Slowly return pan to high heat. Stirring frequently, cook over medium-low heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until mixture reaches desired tenderness.

Slice onto 6 tablets and place under counter where cool overnight.
