Abrasives with Peaches Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon lemon extract

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

1 cup chopped peaches

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup peach preserves

1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon peach preserves

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the oil, poppy seeds, lemon extracts, brown sugar, and bouillon. Stir well.

Place brown sugar in a shallow dish or bowl and sprinkle peaches, lemon juice, peach preserves and butter over brown sugar. Rub butter over peaches and peach preserves.

Stir peach preserves into peach mixture. Pour mixture over peach mixture and reserve lemon zest. Cover and refrigerate for 90 minutes.

This was really good but I followed certain flavors religiously. I used red quinoa, kombu toughi, mesquite, and God knows what else. I don't eat chili but my husband said this made a really good enchilada. I also exercise frequently so he requested this recipe. I initially used tomatillos due to my love of spicy food but you can't go wrong with daisy sweet salsa. This was monochromatic which scattered the colors too.
