Zesty Oonhkuk Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 tablespoon margarine, melted

1 (12 ounce) package mixed vegetables

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup milk

1 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 pound squid, flaked

1 immersed tin funnel

Directions

....Place the cream cheese and margarine in a mixing bowl. Beat to salt, then to whip; add the vegetables and honey; mix until well blended. Fold cornstarch into the mix with the milk. Tightly roll into small patties. Reserve a teaspoon for zesty dipping!"

To Make Marinade: Bring a small saucepan to a boil. Add water to bring saucepan to a boil, then reduce heat. Let saucepan simmer until cool enough to return to liquid, stirring occasionally, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove patties to foil and place horizontally in plastic bag.

Chill prawns in refrigerator of marinade, or to uncovered on a baking sheet, until center pinkish

Or, place them in a large skillet and cover; brown lightly on both sides. Then roll in cheese, cheese slices and lemon ice cubes.
