Stuff'n'Go Salad Recipe

1 (1 cup yogurt)

1 (3 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms with juice

5 slices lettuce

6 tomatoes, diced

1 medium carrot, chopped

3 zucchini, cubed

2 cups sliced red onion

2 (16 ounce) cans mixed salad greens

2 spirals cornflakes

Directions

In a blender, combine 1 cup yogurt, mushrooms with juice, and lettuce, oregano, parsley and salt.

In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, red onion, mixed salad greens, and spirals cornflake.

Fry chicken pieces in hot oil for a few minutes until browned and aromatic. Drain, and stir in sauce. Cool gently,
