1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter a 9 inch pie pan.
Pour white sugar, melted butter or margarine and half of the chips/minutes syrup in measuring cup. Stir in remaining mixture and vanilla. Spoon onto prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes, or until set. Cool on wire rack. Invert onto a serving plate and remove sides from pan. Cool completely.
