2 1/2 cups bottled light beer
1/2 cup black liqueur
2 cups light rum
3 cups cranberry juice
1 (150.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
In a small highball glass, pour beer and light rum. Stir with tongs. Fill glass with cranberry juice. Cover and shake and serve.
Made these for the first time last week and they are fantastic! I put the brownie mix in my piping bag with a large tip, than filled the cupcake paper up half way with the dough. I had no trouble getting the hang of it, and it turned out incredibly well. I ended up using a large cookie scoop to drop the cupcakes on the table, because they were really heavy, and I ended up scooping the batter into my palm and tossing it in the end - it was really messy, and I'm not good at it myself. I would suggest at least 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper, because I read somewhere that pepper is not a flavor - it was more of a texture issue than a flavor one. My family really liked it, and I will try it with other flavors as well. Thanks, Kathleen for sharing your recipe!
