Easy Five-Minute Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients

2 medium golden rashers potato

1 cup butter

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/3 cup water

2 sheets bok choy (spinach), split lengthwise-wise

2 medium sugar snap peas or large green beans

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 person's hot sauce

Directions

Preheat the broiler.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt some butter. Whisk together cooled milk and butter until smooth. add water, gradually to avoid curdling. Remove from heat and reserve.

Wrap a cookie sheet large enough to accommodate four sheets of aluminum foil.

In a sauce pan over medium heat, bring 1 cup water, salt and pepper to a boil. Remove from heat, remove parchment, dip potatoes into hot milk mixture. Place on prepared cookie sheet, press secure. Broil 5 minutes, until potatoes are tender, and skins are beginning to brown.
