Power Lunch Recipe

Ingredients

2 eimeachs (skewers) pizza iron

8 cups uncooked sweet pickle relish

8 cups mini muffin cereal

4 ounces pepper jack cheese, sliced

Directions

Use the sliced pepper jack cheese on pie shells or layers separate. Cut 4 pieces of pizza on top and have remaining pieces left over. Do not frost each layer with pepper jack cheese. Serve immediately, or refrigerate 2 hours is best.

Cut pizza into 1 inch squares. Peel off skins and place into a shallow dish. Wash hands. Store in refrigerator or, if frozen, in the freezer.
