3 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/3 cup olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken cubes in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour cream cheese and sugar over chicken cubes. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder. Pour flour over cream cheese. Pour on mushrooms and mushrooms. Pour cream cheese over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 15 1/2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Top chicken with cream cheese and cheese.
