1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can catfish, drained and flaked
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper to taste
Place the cream cheese and the catfish in a medium bowl. Mix well. Fold in the olive oil, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper. Mix gently until well blended. Form the mixture into a sandwich shape.
