4 cups water
2 fluid ounces red wine
1 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons raspberry jam
In a saucepan, combine water, red wine, sugar, and jam. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
