1 (3,3 pound) whole chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup petite white wine
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup corn kernels
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon wine
In a medium bowl, mix white wine, mushrooms, butter, flour, onion, corn, garlic, bouillon, sage, rosemary, black pepper, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a large knife or plate. Add the, olives, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, celery salt and salt and pepper to desired taste.
Place chicken on the platter and sprinkle with the rosemary, basil, paprika and oil; toss lightly.
