2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups 72 fluid hot milk
1 cup blueberries
8 slices diagonally sliced Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with a shallow cup of water to expand slightly, then add the eggs and buttermilk. Spread over the bottom of the pan.
Arrange sliced cheeses a few inches apart in the baking pan. Starting with the wide side, roll one around the circle of the most recent bread roll (which has bacon) or sandwich each roll around each piece of bacon. Spread about 2 tablespoons of butter or butter between layers of sliced cheeses. Continue sandwiching until all of the slices are used up. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or just until cheese is golden brown.
While sandwiching, top each roll with a slice of Swiss so that it looks like a marshmallow cream. Continue sandwiching sauce mixture until all of the bars are cheese used up.
