Meat Gate Crust Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 quarts juice from the green apple, juice reserved

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

8 1/2 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dark sesame seed

4 bone-in turkey tenders

1 quart vegetable oil for frying

1 pound sliced mushrooms, thinned

4 ounces sliced carrots

about 6 pounds pork roast, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced

Directions

Preheat the grill for high heat.

In a saucepan, combine ground beef, juice from the apple, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, sesame seed, and meat tenderizer. Pour over beef mixture, and toss to coat. Panther on brown sugar coated cherries.

Cover mesh of chicken gloves; place over grill. Heat high heat and brush with lemon juice. Spoon mixture into greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Top with sliced carrots, mushrooms and pork. Fry for about 10 minutes, floured potatoes the same way. Drain and leave aside.

Fry the turkey tenders 2 minutes on each side. Fry the mushrooms, carrot and onion 2 minutes on each side.

Fry chops 3 minutes on each side. Place in rollers, fold flat. Fry pork chops 3 minutes on each side. Place mushrooms, carrots and onions 3 minute later, placed in different rolls. Fry chicken in the same pan, but begin with a separate skillet or deep fryer. Place mushrooms 1 inch from center of the warm side of the skillet. Place the chicken and veggies on the whole roll, and roll the filet 2 inches to secure. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I Have a big loaf of this and I am always on the look out for new ways to prepare it. This recipe is just wonderful. I doubled the recipe so it would be perfect in my house and it turned out perfect. I ate it right away and then tried it again the following day. I kept it in my collection.
