4 cups white sugar
7 cups water
1 1/4 cups wheat malt
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water and flour. Bring to a boil; Remove from heat. Stir in barley, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg until desired sweetness is reached. Cool for 1 hour.
