2 (9 inch) pie shell
2 cups water
1 (8 ounce) can condensed white chocolate soup
1/4 cup packed cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan bring water and sauce to a boil; boil 1 minute; remove from heat and set aside.
Meanwhile in a large bowl, mix chocolate soup, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and egg. Gently fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours, or more.
I initially wasn't going to try it, but after reading the recipe and considering the amount of ingredients, it seemed like a reasonable amount. I'll be making this again.
