4 large tomatoes
3 teaspoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
2 1/2 cups water
280 ml water
Cut tomatoes in half. Mix out seeds, pulp, juice and pulp of three tomatoes. Place seeds, meat, oil, salt and sugar into a large saucepan.
Bring water to a boil. When water drops come to a boil, add tomatoes and tomatoes. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Remove lid, stir in 1 cup of water and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool before grilling. Cool on racks 2 minutes before serving.
