3 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 onion, chopped
8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil milk, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
While milk is boiling, in a skillet over medium high heat, saute onions and Swiss cheese for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from skillet, toss in 4 whole centers of cheese, sprinkle with remainder salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased skillet with grill grease.
Roast at least 1 hour in preheated oven. Cool, peel and slice. Serve warm.
