1 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup rice
1 pound whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon olive oil
In a large saucepan, bring water, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, eggs, rice, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and olive oil to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir into soup mixture to thicken.
