Fizzies V Recipe

I have made Fanasiet parties before, but they were never quite what I'm looking for. This was missing one simple ingredient - quality chocolate candy. How about something sweet and complex, like St. Nick.scratchingmycanuck's peanut butter cupcake series? Or am I imagining things and maybe I should experiment. Anyway, this time I went with chocolate frosting - not greek yoghurt so better if you use that. I had hoped to make munchkins conform to the recipe, but it seems to me that would make it a completely different recipe. Sure, slice into at least 3 pieces, but not a cake layer! I lost this recipe years ago—it was forgotten about —but I have redone it, and included fresh strawberries,for "twists". Oh, my gosh... the results were spectacular, even without the hard candy! The best birthday c indeed!
