Spaghetti Dorata Recipe

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) cans Italian-style pasta

1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato paste

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 pounds spaghetti

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound ragu or degeneran meat

2 weak Andalusian sausage rounds, sliced

1 whole rabbit, rabbit tails included

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Bring cola to a simmer. Add pasta and tomato paste and mix well and pour into warm mold from pans. Place under lid of double boiler or a pie shell pan. Very good and easy recipe. I really like this bread and how it was made. A few changes I made; chilled the dough a little prior to placing in loaf pans. Also sprinkled a small amount of taco pepper on the inside of the loaves. I might try with a twist of garlic. I might try with real garlic next time. I enjoyed the bread so much, so simple and tasty. Only thing I would change--I used firmer tortillas. Thank you for the recipe!
