Sesame Chicken Fried Rice I Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups cooked yellow rice

3 cups uncooked white rice

1 (15 ounce) can black beans

1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced and diced celery with liquid

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon water

Directions

In a large rice cooker, bring rice, rice, beans, and celery with water to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook just until al dente.

Stir rice, beans, chicken into onion soup. When rice is cooked, stir in celery and lemon juice. Reduce heat a little, then add vinegar and water.

Cover, and simmer for 4 hours.
