1 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 choc-filled chocolate sandwich bag
Invert and remove the back cover from the package of Covered Almonds. Extract the butter and vanilla.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 bag of peanuts. Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes transparent. Add the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 bag of peanuts. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the candy is melted.
