2 (15 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix milk and flour, then sprinkle at least one cup of the mixture on top of the cream cheese/sugar mixture. Beat egg into the mixture, then whisk until melted. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir flour mixture into cream cheese/sugar mixture. Line crust with 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup sliced almonds and 1 cup sliced cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into 1/2 inch squares.
