1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (10 ounce) package grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg white
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 10 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar and evaporated milk. Stir briefly and slowly into ovenproof muffin tins.
Line each muffin with 15 cups of brown sugar. Prepare a muffin tray by half a cup of the brown sugar mixture in each pan. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the rocket meat mixture into each muffin cup. Sprinkle bread cubes with Parmesan cheese and top each with half cup of the remaining brown sugar mixture.
Fill muffin cups with brown sugar mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until so hot that the bottom of the cup may puff. Cool, and fill with bread cubes. Serve warm.
