3 slices bacon
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups milk
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bacon in a shallow bake pan. Place eggs on top of pan and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
Roast covered in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool, drain and cut into thick slices.
Stir milk into bread crumbs to make a gravy. Drizzle over the top of baked dishes and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place drippings on the tops and sides of the dishes respectively.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
