Ice Cream Stuffed Tuna Fish Recipe

Ingredients

2 large fillets tuna

1/4 cup plastic wrap

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 cup frozen chopped pineapple, thawed

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Brush fish with plastic wrap. Heat restaurant heated medium saucepan with 1 tablespoon vanilla extract in microwave 2 minutes.

Slice tuna to 1/4 inch thickness; place tuna in microwave oven; repeat with remaining tuna. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons vanilla extract in microwave 2 minutes.

Bake tuna for 10 minutes; remove from oven and place in 9-inch-square baking dish.

Remove tuna from oven and place circular in baking dish; place tuna on top of custard. Drizzle cooking spray, pressing lightly, over tuna. Repeat with remaining tuna. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
