1/2 cup scotch bonnet wine
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large saucepan, combine scotch bonnet wine, sugar, pudding mix, milk, pecans and 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
Place over low heat and simmer 15 minutes. Let cool, stirring frequently.
