3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
4 young carrots, cut into 1 inch strips
3 tablespoons unpasteurized honey
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spread chicken scraps into a 9x13 inch dish and sprinkle with yellow mustard. Sprinkle with paprika and mushrooms. Season with honey, then turn to coat.
Bake at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
