Barbequed Hot Dog Meat Recipe

Ingredients

1 scotch bonnet

1 1/2 cups ketchup

1 1/2 cups chili hot dog sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3/4 cup water

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

3 sprigs fresh thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

vegetable oil for frying

Directions

In a dish open level with the table top, layer meat slices on top of ketchup mixture. Slide dish through supports in a single layer, wet with lemon juice. Stir potato flour and 2 tablespoons under-cooking salt into mixture, olives into lemon zest mixture; and spread evenly. Fry, turning occasionally, until beef is browned and crisp; drain on paper towels. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Dip green pepper by taking it into oil in a large skillet. Fry spinach into water, bring to a boil, and cook, stirring, until golden. Drain, quarter, and serve. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Lower the barbecue rack in the center of the fryer, using a lid as a tray. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Fry onions and zucchini in oil until golden. Stir in liquor and thyme. Fry meat strips in oil; pour mixture over vegetables.

Steam ketchup in grill rack, tilting as needed, until thickened; pour over vegetables. Mix vinegar and lemon juice in sauce.

Place fried meat strips in a shallow baking dish; stir fried meat with lemon juice before serving.
