1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 cups chicken medallions
1 (3 ounce) package celery salt packet
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 (10 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Place spinach, celery salt, ground black pepper and evaporated milk in large bowl with a slotted spoon. Place chicken in large bowl and cover with tomato sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, celery salt, pepper, chicken, carrot, spaghetti sauce and dry mustard. Mix well and refrigerate.
