2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix together the cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Mix well, then reserve 1 teaspoon mixture and set aside in a bag or tiny cup.
In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice and reserved 1/2 teaspoon mixture. Add the rest of the mixture and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
