1/2 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the egg, milk and lemon zest. Spread mixture evenly onto the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden.
