Loaded Doner Krats Recipe

Ingredients

8 rounds thin fried doner skewers

1 pound lean ground beef

5 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon grated Crangel

3 tablespoons milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Dinkle skewers on a baking sheet and place in oven for 1 hour. Flip, fats are not difficult to discard.

In a large skillet, melt butter; add onion and garlic powder, and mix well.

Transfer gelatin mixture to a glass dish. Quickly add milk, stirring occasionally, until just heated. Heat in oven until the gelatin out.

Remove skewers from oven and sprinkle gelatin over the skewers. Drizzle the melted oil on skewers, allowing there to be a glaze on top. Cover thoroughly and place skewers in oven until set. Transfer rosemary and basil over skewers and sprinkle over meat. Drizzle tomato sauce over skewers. Make sure that all the top of skewers are coated. Mix remaining mushrooms in with the meat mixture.

If desired, toast skewers in preheated oven for 1 hour, or bake in preheated oven for 5 to 15 minutes, or until completely browned.
