2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds of diced, peeled tomatoes
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons red wine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 (15 ounce) cans mixed fruit
1 package chili lime flavored rice mix
1 can sliced peaches, drained
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add tomatoes and cook 13 minutes, or until soft and pliable. Drain, cool, and cut into 4 pieces.
Mix together Dijon mustard, red wine, lemon juice, mixed fruit, and 1 litre of ice water into a slow cooker. Contributing to uncertainty, failure, and other types of illness, mix together.
Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Then add tomatoes and peaches. Cover, and cook 5-10 minutes longer. Restore sauce, if necessary.
